Scott Kritzer – June 4th PGS Monthly Meeting Featured Performer

I’ll be the featured performer at the Portland Guitar Society’s June meeting held on Monday, June 4th at 7:00 pm at the Community Music Center located at 3350 SE Francis in Southeast Portland. The meeting and performance is free and open to the public, (first timers always welcome). (See Map)

The PGS has a tradition of supporting the interests of Portland guitarists and guitar aficionados dating back to the 1970’s. The montly meetings feature announcements of upcoming events, an open-mic that features all styles of guitar playing and a featrued performer. A library of music and recordings are also available for members to check out.

I’ll be wrapping up the meeting with a performance of the following works:

Jeffrey Elliott introduces Scott Kritzer

Prelude & Allemande…..Sylvius Leopold Weiss

Tombeau pour Mr. Blancrocher…Francois Default

Fugue….JS Bach

Variations on a Theme of Mozart, Opus 9…F. Sor

Hope to see you there!

Scott Kritzer
